Peterson was the necessary aggressive dog for protecting the house but he’s not the kind you’d want inside the house. His own version of “truth” is just as dangerous as postmodernism. I hope he’ll evolve further because he doesn’t have the cleanest act of the bunch and from the whole slew of intellectuals, historical and contemporary, IDW and non-IDW, he’s the most polarising and atavistic. Right now, his colleague John Vervaeke, and other people like Ken Wilber or David Chapman, seem much more apt to take us further up the ladder of development.
