Having only a vague general knowledge of NN’s i can’t understand a few aspects. I’d like to know what would constitute the data sets for this NN, i’d imagine is self-generated information. But then again, in a very general way, how is such a thing as a loss function emerging? And what is this universal network optimizing for?!
